At shofha.com, we tend to make the streaming option available for the most recent movies, and for the movies that are still playing in cinemas in Egypt at least, however the buy and rent options are available for all the movies and series in our library

Definitely yes, if you have the accessories necessary for that, such as: tv out cable and output, s-video cable and output, r232 cable and output, or HDMI cable and output from your laptop or pc and you connect such cables into your LCD, plasma, TV screen

Moving around between different PCs or laptops, trying to play downloaded files from shofha.com from different PCs will not work, you have to re-download the movie with your account at your friend's pc (and it will be deducted from your 3 times re-download options), however in these cases we would recommend to purchase the internet cinema copy where you can watch (stream) the movie from anywhere in the world for 24 hours

Shofha.com is a legal business, where we have to have an agreement (contract) with the movie production company or the studio which produced the movie in order to have their movies available on shofha.com, this is work in progress, and we can never guarantee that we will succeed in making a deal with 100% of all the movie producers and companies, we hope with time are reach such stage where we have literally every Arabic movie produced, until then we have almost 70% of the movies produced.

We advise you to go through the streaming test before purchasing the streaming (internet cinema) option, its designed for you to check if your pc is compatible and you have enough internet speed (bandwidth) that would allow you to enjoy the streaming experience, where after 2 minutes watch time you can decide wither you would like to purchase the streaming option or would it better for you to rent or buy the movie

Yes, you can, our streaming infrastructure and technology allow you to pause the movie you are watching or even shut down your pc completely and login later when you have the time and open the stream again, and with your mouse you can move along the seek bar (movie progress bar at the bottom) to any moment you like and start watching again

- did you buy the movie or rent it? (are you sure it's not already expired)
- your operating system (windows xp, windows vista, windows 7 , Mac os x, etc..)
- your media player name (the software you used while trying to play the movie)

While we try to please each and every user of shofha.com, but our service is just like the cinema or plane ticket, you might onetime buy the ticket but you miss the flight or the movie showtime, anyway, contact us with your circumstance and we can extend your duration in very limited occasions.

- where are you located (what is your area, city, and country (your address))
- your operating system (windows xp, windows vista, windows 7 , Mac os x, etc..)
- your internet browser name (internet explorer 6, internet explorer 7, internet explorer 8, safari, Firefox)

The reason for your problem that the license of the movie(s) you purchased couldn’t be delivered automatically when you were downloading the movie, Kindly follow the steps below:
1- Please open your Internet Explorer (The recommended browser for the following Instructions is Internet Explorer (IE6, IE7, or IE8))
2- Please go to www.shofha.com
3- Sign in, using the same account that you used when you purchased the movie(s)
4- After Sign in, Please go to My Purchases

5- Click on Get License that now appears just beside the Download/Rent Blue button

6- Please wait till the page Refresh/Reload automatically (takes few seconds)
7- Now please Play your Movie and enjoy.

The best way to find where the file on your PC, is to search for it:
The name of the file is: VTS_01_1.wmv

Kindly follow the steps below:
1- Please open your Internet Explorer (The recommended browser for the following Instructions is Internet Explorer (IE6, IE7, or IE8))
2- Please go to www.shofha.com
3- Sign in, using the same account that you used when you purchased the movie(s)
4- After Sign in, Please go to My Purchases

5- Download the movie again

Some of the browsers or media players install special configurations that make them control the downloading/streaming of media content on a browser.
We assure you that no one else got the same problem as yours, however the solution could be very easy as, and will you right click on the Download/تنزيل button and choose “Save Target As” and choose your favorite media directory.

Or from the open window of your Windows Media Player, you can go to the File menu and then choose “Save As” and choose your favorite media directory.

We do support International Credit Cards regardless of its issuing country, can you please try again or check with the issuer bank.

All Files you purchased from www.shofha.com working fine on Windows Media Player.

2- Generic error message appears before the license acquisition page:
   1- Show hidden system files
   2- Rename the DRM folder under: “C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM” to “DRM-OLD”
   3- Visit http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp and click on upgrade
