The plan of Iraqi artist Kazem El-Saher seems to have convinced – or rather forced – officials at Rotana to release his latest album (Sawwar) in Eid Al-Fitr, and not in Christmas like the company wanted.
El-Saher has asked the company to release his album in Eid Al-Fitr, for he considers it his good omen, especially that his first successful hits like (Ekhtary, Baad El-Hobb and Madraset El-Hobb) were released on that very time, but officials at Rotana refused his request.
So, El-Saher informed them that he was going to sing some of the new songs in some of the Eid's concerts that he was performing. The company then feared that the songs might be leaked online, just like it happened with El-Saher's previous album, which did not achieve the expected sales.
So, the company didn't want this to happen again, and thus approved the album's release in Eid Al-Fitr, just like he wanted. Kazem El-Saher shot the song Insa El-Alam in Australia, and is to be broadcasted on Rotana channels at the same time of releasing the album.
