The police have summoned the company's officials to take their statements. The artist's lawyer has filed the report on behalf of his client Amr Abdel Basset Diab, known as Amr Diab.
The report included the details of the channel's announcement for a competition between Arab artists and singers, meanwhile broadcasting parts of their most famous songs. Diab's lawyer said that the channel has not acquired the right to air his client's songs, which Diab considered a violation of his rights.
El-Fishawy has been working on these three songs for the last few days in one of the famous sound studios, in preparations for the release of his first album.
The second surprise is that El-Fishawy wrote the lyrics to the three songs! According to him, he will specialize in the Modern Rap Music which he loves. El-Fishawy maintained that the album will be released next summer, and will offer his audience a sound surprise!
On the other hand, El-Fishawy is currently seeking to end the problems between him and the producer of his upcoming movie (Etnein Fi Wahed), Adel Mansy, and the distributor of the movie Isaad Younis.
The problems between the two parties led to stopping the shooting of the movie and even reached courts! Meanwhile, El-Fishawy has been discussing with producer Muhammad El-Subky the reasons for not starting the shooting of his other new movie, which he is supposed to star with Haifa Wehbe.
The script to this movie is written by Muhammad Hifzy, and the agreement between El-Fishawy and El-Subky took place three months ago without any actual steps towards starting the shooting.

This is what one of the owners of a major cassette store in Cairo and other governorates. He also said that Mouneer's album helped get the market out of the recession it suffered from, as regards the romantic kinds, whereas the pop music tapes were had the greatest share of sales, with a ratio of 4:1.
Mouneer succeeded in topping the musical charts, as his sales reached 250 thousand cassette tapes and 50 thousand CDs. This amount is expected to double during the upcoming days and weeks of the summer season.
Alam El-Fann, the company in charge of distributing the album, has already been receiving huge orders from distributors, in order to increase the sales, though the album has not yet been on radio or TV.
Even though things in Lebanon have been peaceful for a while now, concerts are still going to be held in Egypt; after the contracts had already been changed.
The thermometer of the summer concerts is considered to be school and university proms, which have become a season for concerts throughout the last few years. This year, Haifa Wehbe performed at the British University in Egypt, Tamer Husny at a number of different places, while Amr Diab usually passes on such events!
It is also said that Dubai concerts could also be taken as a touchstone; Husny’s last concert witnessed the presence of 15 thousand fans (120 Dirhams per ticket), while Diab’s had less than half this audience (800 Dirhams per ticket).
However, one of the most important things being whispered from one organizer to another, is the conflict taking place between Diab and Wehbe over the summer concerts. Such conflict is said not be merely over the audience, but also over the payment.
Diab demands that he gets 200 thousand L.E per concert, while Wehbe demanded 150 thousand. However, Husny, who has not been part of any conflict in the first place, reached 300 thousand L.E, from which he usually assigns 100 thousand for the setting and technicians’ wages.
So, it could be Said that Diab conquered both: Wehbe in Egypt, and Husny in the Arab World; for Husny, who is paid more in Egypt, is less paid than Diab in the Gulf concerts!
Another conflict between Diab and Wehbe is taking place on Facebook. Diab has 17 groups, while Wehbe only has 16. Husny, on the other hand has 24. Such groups could either be fans, maniacs or even haters!
