Shakl Wahed Kolokom: Suzanne Tamim's last song causes a crisis at Rotana
8/12/2008 12:20:50 PM

Probelms and conflicts ensued between officials at Rotana over the latest song recorded by the late singer Suzanne Tamim who was mysteriously murdered recently at her Dubai residence.

The song that caused all this is entitled "Shakl Wahed Kolokom"; written by Khled Tag El-Deen and composed by Amr Mustafa. Tamim recorded the song for Rotana before she left the company.

Right after the accident, officials at the compoany seemed to have suddenly remembered the song. Many contradictory opinions were stated: some said that the circumstances should be taken advantage of, and that the song should be be broadcasted, either by putting together shots of Tamim's previous clips and concerts or in any other way.

However, others were of the opinion that the song should be totally ignored, for broadcasting it is by no means in the company's or the channels best interest; especially that the compoany was not at all willing to video clip the song after Tamim had recorded it.
